I feel that it’s between Serbia, Brazil (they always seem to put it together, this of course depends on how AC continues to play), and China (with current-form Zhu) for gold. Would love to see the US win obviously, but I’m not sure we have the opposite play to compete. If our passing unit holds up though and we feed Chi, I’m optimistic. China's pin trio is really gonna be devastating this summer isn't it... Ugh imagine how Brazil could've looked this summer if Tandara hadn't had her lil run in with the law in Tokyo... if Japan plays the lineup I want them to, i feel like they could potentially be a dark horse. maybe not a medal contender, but definitely good enough to play spoiler.

I think Rosamarier (as the Brits say) is a good spark plug option for Brazil. She can be inserted at OH or OPP to give relief or in a double sub. I think she’s fitting nicely into this role even if she wouldn’t be in my starting lineup.

Yikes… I can’t say I’ve been following the Brazilian league much so I’m not sure about Monique’s level of play but Tainara should be starting somewhere if she wants to be in consideration for Paris.
