Episode 222: College Volleyball Weekly Men's Top 20, Week 13 Recap/Week 14 Preview, 4/1/24
Things are "kinda" sorting out across the conferences, but still not secure with surprise results, injuries and adjustments playing key factors to what we're seeing in the final few weeks of the 2024 regular season. As always, the Coaching Panel runs down summaries of what's happening in each of the NCAA-tourney bid conferences, The Big West, Conference Carolinas, EIVA, MIVA, MPSF and the SIAC. The coaches then take over and direct the discussion to tourney selection, All-America selections and other interesting factoids. As always, great podcast Rob. I get a kick out of the coaching panel needling each other in fun of course. Greatly appreciate your positive comments regarding Senior Night at the Stan in honoring our senior class and in particular our fallen marque player Spyros Chakas. It was a special acknowledgement (that Spyros so richly deserved) of his status as an elite D1 player for Hawaii.

And it was like Knipe didn't necessicarily agree with him, lol. would be good to get a take on the standards and ball pressure variations from the coaches and how what they do regarding that. not that it's a Tom Brady type of discussion, but certainly something I'd not heard of before. |
