As someone who's been dealing with a lot of mental health issues, I deal with suicidal ideations daily. It's a wonder I'm still around tbh. ##mentalheathmatters I even have the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline website in my profile. Cause to never know what others are him through. |

Last night was a struggle in of itself. I was diagnosed awhile back as being bipolar & recently my new dr said I have adhd. I went for a walk at around midnight listening to brown noise and some brain flossing  music to help clear my mind. Found myself in the Waimalu area, I live near the Aloha Stadium. I had to uber it home because I had no idea how to get home. |
