UCI loses a bunch of their core (Tangutur, Shewie, Power, Campbell), there's nothing left for him there. If he really wants a championship title he could transfer, but I think he's ready to move on.
His younger brother is going pro and signed with Nantes where their father is the head coach. I could see Hilir joining them and making it a family affair.
