I saw the mannequin and thought okay, nice gown, beautiful gown. It just looked flat on her in the pictures I saw. The back story is one thing, but if you can’t bring the fashion to life, let someone else have it. I don’t think they let her tailor it:/ might be why it looked flat on her. now you have me trying to think who could’ve worn it better! once again Kim is serving as an example for disaster we all remember the tortured marilyn gown |

no way yall are hating on Kim K and LDR rn??? hello??? no I’m not past this Kim played into EVERY PART of the theme and exhibit. the beautiful dress with the metal flowers for the garden part, the shawl for the sleeping beauties part, the HAIR like she had just run through a garden or woke up and the braid was slightly falling out, the little detail on the side that made it look like she had a pocket watch. I CANNOT! it was everything! LDR was insane. the branches up the dress into real branches that held the top of the dress up. the rose ring. the campy shoes. I’m sorry, she devoured are you saying Kim was giving a nod to Are We Out of the Woods?!? |

I must say that this has been hella good fun. It takes me back to the 90s when I was working in the financial district in San Francisco. We had a big office and a very mixed group. The #1 sport on your team was trying to get a rise out of the squeamish straight guys. I must say that the leather crowd was most effective, usually with visual aid provided by the local weeklies, e.g., The Drummer. That said, many beers and laughs were shared at the end of the day and all was forgiven.
Good memories. Carry on.
