PVF not beating the retirement league allegations I fear I guess their model is MLS.

Like others have mentioned - VERY seasoned player (played in athens/beijing/probably london if cuba qualified rip.). her peak is really high (she was probably the best scoring outside at the beijing 2008 olympics… but her peak was probably a decade and a half or so ago. we’ll see.

Not to excuse Kendall from all accountability, but Tori literally turned a productive opposite from the top pro league in the world into an error machine.

Was it known that Velez was moving over to the Vibe? That makes 3 liberos for them.

An ATHENS Olympian geez lol I haven't seen her in years, but she could have a healthy decline in athleticism from her peak and still be a dominant attacker in the PVF. Ridiculous swings. And possibility less worn down than others her age because of lack of NT duties + the pause from her leaving Cuba?

she played the first half of the greek season, hit .100 and was let go (I assume anyways). Went to the second division in Greece where it looks like they got promotion.

Something seemed immediately caught my eye about her arms on her approach. I couldn't tell what it was, so I watched a couple clips at 0.25 speed. Instead of just swinging her arms back on her penultimate step, she windmills them around 360. I don't think I've ever noticed someone doing that.
