Advice.
Will VBTV stream all the Olympic VB games or does NBC have rights to everything and we have to go through their app?
Thanks

Thanks I think there is about .001% chance that NBC and the IOC allows any footage to be shown by anyone but them for US viewers. They have a $7.65B deal securing rights for all events thru 2032. It sucks because frequently the coverage is not complete or live... hope they do a good job this year and have on demand options that are complete too. As an alternate, get a VPN ready and look into foreign sources who typically do a better job of showing all events start to finish.

Just yesterday I saw the Peacock special they have going on for $19.99 a year with ads. But $119.99 without ads. Sounds like we might need Peacock for coverage just to watch more than 30 minutes of indoor volleyball for the Olympics. NBC will cover beach more than indoor since we are seeing commercials with Cheng/Hughes, I’m guessing? Thank you for the tip about the VPN.

I remember scrambling for less-than-legal streams last year
will probably be doing that again

VBTV wont have any Olympics (they did some "scammy" stuff in 2021 where they were very ambiguous with their advertising, dont fall for it)
in USA, it will all be on NBC networks or Peacock. Sounds like Peacock will have everything, so thats a steal if im reading it correctly.
Otherwise if you VPN into Canada (CBC), they usually have streams offered.

My best memory of watching Tokyo Olympics coverage is getting to watch on an international stream from Japan where you have an option to turn off the commentaries but still has the court sounds. Not a fan of the commentaries but I love the sound of the spikes and blocks. Hoping there will be streaming sites like that again, because it made the game way more enjoyable for me.
