I really liked per match format, but, it seems most in the Champions league prefer per-set. The per match does add some random-ness, which I think is fun, but also could hurt teams that always sweep (or always get swept, lol). I liked it too- but I agree, it added an element that was a bit hard to predict and draft for. The per set scoring is a whole different animal that I am currently floundering at lol |

I’d like to be done with this thing before the flight. Is there anyway we can just all join a chat room (if then even still exist) or something and just get it done tomorrow? |

What I didn't like is that per match rewards playing more sets (when better performance = 3 set wins). I definitely lost a match because Maryland went 5 with Howard, but their stars-who-weren't-actually-playing-that-well got enough counting #'s to beat me. |

Unsolicited advice— As you’re doing that, remember the scoring is per match. In these early rounds, you’re taking players whose stats are so good that they’re valuable in any format… as you keep going, the most valuable players are the ones who are going to play 4-5 sets regularly. E.g., a setter who has 9.5 a/s on a team that regularly goes to 4+ sets will get you more assists than a setter who has 11.5 a/s on a team that sweeps… same is true for most other categories with this per match scoring Good points. Any reason(s) the scoring is per set/per match? I would have initially guessed the category totals for each week would be easier to determine the winners. If we did a carbon copy of the rules in the champions league, nothing would prevent yall from just doing what we do. There should be some material difference in the drafting, IMO. |

If Stargazer doesn't make two picks by 1pmET / 10am PT Sunday, 7/28, the team will be forfeited. If that happens, hookem24 can resume the draft. |

I'm open to it but I doubt we'll get full buy in for a set time. FWIW, I'm not too concerned (yet) that we won't finish the draft in time. Just gotta either get real commitment from the teams/find who to cut, then I think it will go more smoothly. The next round or two will sort out these issues.... I think. Also, this is part of the process with introducing Fantasy to a bunch of new people. There was always bound to be people who expressed interest but weren't invested enough to see it through. |

It's fair you are giving him the benefit of the doubt to make two selections. I see in the rules there is add/drop, but I am guessing there are no 'trades'? |
