i'm looking to get into grass and want to play more doubles instead the normal 4s. I realized that the 4s court is almost the size of indoor volleyball court. What is the best size and volleyball net for grass doubles?

Wouldn't it be the same as beach court doubles size?

The park and sun net systems are the standard and they adjust to multiple heights. They have many models, the more expensive the nicer but they are all the same size and adjustable to at least mens and women's and fit a full size 30x30 court. People play 4s on the 30x30 court and doubles 27x27 most often but they do miz it up, it is regional and personal preference. You can easily modify a set of 30x30 rope lines with a few knots to got to a 27x27.
Experiment with what size you and your group like, if you are going to play local tourneys, see what they use so you can practice for that.
