What a weapon with Holloway. I love that we have a setter that can put balls down herself. Not since GC have we had that. Grechialy Cepero. She was a monster at the net. Gave me nightmares after the 2000 Semi-Final against Hawaii. I remember her stuffing Lily one-on-one!

C'mon Huskers! Impressed with Todd from Texas. How is she getting her kills? On back slides? Front slides? 3-1's? 1's?

Really happy with how Nebraska flexed some muscle and pulled away from Texas in the end of game 2. I was getting VERY nervous when we gave up our quick 7-2/9-4 start and let them tie the game a few times. Momentum for Nebraska right now. I hope they can keep it in game 3 and plant a seed of doubt in the Longhorns.

UT defense really controlling Larson and Pavan. She's only hitting .087. downside is that they are turning loose Stalls, Cooper, and Mancuso.
Oklahoma won first game against Missouri 30-18 - not sure where game is.

This is a win-win for Texas. If they beat NU they should move up two or three spots in the polls. If they lose, based upon this year's history, they will likely move up on spot. And it's almost a lose-lose for Nebraska. Anything other than a sweep, or 1 lost game and 3 dominant performances, will prove them vulnerable and give PSU the #1 rank next week.

Well, those were 2 big points. Any rally to steal this game needs to happen now. I agree with John Baylor, Tracy Stalls needs more sets. She's terminating 50% of her attacks, and with UT focusing on Pavan/Larson (and doing a good job at that), let's go to the middles!
