I said PSU was beatable. I never could have pictured they'd lose to Wisconsin though, especially being swept. Thanks Badgers, you just made my day great.

I hate Hawaii. and Idaho. Well, I don't really know Idaho, so I guess I don't hate them. But I still hate Hawaii.

Congrats to the Badgers. But couldn't you have taken the to at least 4 games? The Fieldhouse must have been going nuts!

Congrats to the Badgers. But couldn't you have taken the to at least 4 games? The Fieldhouse must have been going nuts! Thanks, but I'm sure glad they finished them off in three. Good luck to the Gophers tomorrow night. I'm sure PSU will come out p*ssed off, so watch out. I'm planning on going to the match, and I'll be cheering for the rodents.

I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Wisconsin on a very impressive victory, a sweep no less, against the bullies of the Big 10. I know my remarks may come as a suprise to many but some of my friends (who shall remain nameless) know that my sentiments are sincere. There is no longer one petal on the Big 10 rosebud anymore.

While I think most are surprised by the win, if you have been paying attention, Penn St has been not been playing up to top standards so much lately. Note that they fell to third in Pablo this week, and in the last 4 weeks, the difference between, for example Penn St and Wisconsin has dropped from 1260 to 1185 to 790 to 765.
Similarly, compared to Nebraska, they have gone from being 445 ahead, to 395 to 90 to 120 behind. So even against the national scene, they have been dropping.
There's been a hint of a problem there, and Wisconsin was good enough to take advantage of it.
Tomorrow night's Big Ten results are going to be very interesting. There are some potential outcomes there that would make things pretty messy overall - but in a good way.

I'm sure the freshmen on the psu roster are finally feeling the effects of the college game. it seems every freshman who plays significant minutes slowly start to get worse as the season goes on. at least that's what it seems like 99% of the time.

Can any Wisconsin fans who were there give some analysis? What was PSU's downfall? What did Wisconsin do well? I see that Hodge hit .000 for the night with 11 kills and 11 errors. What caused her to be so off?
Oh, by the way . . . great job, Wisconsin!

Seeking Perfection The No. 2 Nittany Lions are 21-0 overall and 10-0 in the Big Ten. After beating No. 14 Wisconsin in their first matchup this season, the No. 2 Nittany Lions make a pivotal trip to the Badgers' homecourt tonight. If Penn State can secure a win tonight and grab another against Minnesota on Saturday, the Lions will finish undefeated in the conference for the second consecutive year. Apparently, CSTV feels the last 8 games are meaningless? www.cstv.com/sports/w-volley/cs-w-volley-body.html
