Houghtelling doesn't get a championship ring this year does she? I remember there being a conversation about how Metcalf missed out on a championship when she red-shirted.
Have to disagree with this. Even though Houghtelling received POY last year, I think Larson is the better player. I think she does more for Nebraska than just about anyone on the team. Her offense is probably the worst part of her game..... and that's a pretty scary thought.

I believe that she does get a ring. I love that kid. She was the ultimate support system and cheerleader for the entire team all season. She may not have been on the court but her leadership was critical. I have said it before and I'll say it again. Class Act !

I know Houghtelling would have no problem being second or third fiddle, I don't agree with you. I think that this could be a big problem. She is a proud athlete and given what has happened this year, I think that, more than ever, she will want to prove to everyone that she can lead a team to a championship.

Houghtelling definately gets a ring. As for whether they will have problems with the amount of talent, time will tell. These are all proud athletes with egos. I have a feeling that Cook will use some innovative coaching strategies to harness the talent and help them move past the ego road blocks. Although, with any change in lineup, there is bound to be some adjustment issues. I just hope that it doesnt make them self destruct.

Two NCAA National POY's ended up on the same team in the pro league in Puerto Rico . Kim Willoughby and Stacey Gordon played for Caguas. How did that end up?? A national championship with only 3 losses all year. Let's see if the Huskers can top that. yeah, and which one whined all the time, sro? ;D I'm not going there. Enough people have been there already.

If the three of them have any trouble getting along, we can take Larson off your hands... We can even give you a libero for her...

Everybody's talking about our 3 Top Guns, but I guarantee you the glue that holds this all together is Tracy Stalls. She gets along very well with Pavan, is almost motherly to Larson, and totally respects Houghteling.
