Stanford actually got 7 first-place votes. That's probably the biggest surprise in this poll for me.
Let's see: 4 Pac-10 teams in the top 10, 5 in the top 25. I have a sense of deja vu here.

Duke is very talented and could go undefeated in the ACC, although I think the ACC will be much better this year. Duke is a veteran team with Hausfeld and DeMange leading the way.

Wisconsin should be the 2nd highest Big10 team. For _this_ poll, anyhow.
Utah should be below CSU, and out of the poll.

Is there a preseason regional ranking that comes out where they rank the first 10 teams in each region? If so, when does it come out and who puts it out?

Their inclusion in the poll probably won't last long.

Wow.....looking at the preseason poll and then Hawaii's schedule, I believe the only ranked teams Hawaii will play will be UCLA,NEBRASKA, and UC Santa Barbara.
Should I be a little concerned? I don't think so but I guess we will see.

I don't think so but I guess we will see. I think you mean Santa Clara, not UC Santa Barbara. However, I don’t see any huge concerns. Louisville, Colorado State, Michigan, and NMSU are right on the outsets of being ranked. And Wichita State also received points and should be in the top 50 of the competition. We knew on the schedule that Hawaii’s only top 10 teams would be UCLA and Nebraska and those matches are critical for seeding. However, Hawaii should get challenged from these other teams and while they are not top 10 teams, they all return a lot of key players and many have the capability of being a top 25 team.
