Uh-oh. If Purdue wins this one, it could be a bad weekend for Ohio the State.

Fear not... at least not much... yet, Ruffda. Oregon is pounding Purdue 28-16 late in Game 2.

Fear not... at least not much... yet, Ruffda. Oregon is pounding Purdue 28-16 late in Game 2. I think they won game 2. However - the XoS software is stuck displaying that 28-16 score. I remember earlier there was a 32-28 score for the Ohio-Denver match. I know we all criticize GameTracker, but I've only seen it get stuck or crap out without displaying inaccurate scores.

Congrats to the Boilermakers; they got the win.
Oregon probably needed a match like this. They lost, but scored more points. Last year they were inconsistent, and could sometimes hurt themselves with errors. Looks like they could be dealing with that again.
It sounds like it was a good match.

Purdue had better hitting percentages than Oregon in games 3 and 4, but the match was called tight. Purdue got called a lot for ball handling errors.
Oregon has some wicked serves. Game 2 was won on Meyers' serve.
I think Purdue will play better tomorrow. They really got up to play USC last year, and played them tight, losing 3-1.

USC over OSU 20, 22, 26 USC over Purdue 21, 23, 18 I consulted my magical eight ball. I thought the only responses those things generated were "yes," "no," and "maybe." How'd you get the results? Did you ask it every possible score? Man, that took what 10-12 hours! Impressive!

Go Big Ten!
USC ... 27...30...28 OSU ...30...20...30
Wait ... now it says USC 30, OSU 31. Don't they know you stop at 30 if you are ahead by 2?
Ok ... now it says OSU 31, USC 29. I'll believe that...

Looks like a game 5 is waiting in the wings.
22 - 17 USC in game 4.
