Would love to hear that Idaho's passing comes around... sigh.
Aneli Cubi-Otinero with a kill. 23-14
Idaho changes setters, Tribley in. 24-14 Tribley tries to dump into the net. Fans are pretty brutal with their heckling... 25-14 Larsen with a kill. 24-15
Houston back-row attack is stuffed. 24-16 Tribley still serves... but under the net. 25-16
Hawaii fans are actually laughing.
Larsen is roofed by Sanders/Hittle. 26-16.
Idaho passing is horribel. Larsen is aced by Brandt. 27-16
Another weird ace by Brandt. 28-16.

Game one:
Hawaii started off a little weird. jitters? tentative?
Anyway once both teams got to 10, Hawaii kind of found itself. If Houston keeps this level of play up for the rest of the season, not only will she win WAC POY, but she'll be 2-time AA by season's end.
Vintage Wahine BR defense. Brandt looks better...

So, I'm not sure that Idaho's passing is giving them a chance to be the athletic team that they are. Its a bit of a shame.
Some of the numbers; Idaho hit .119
Larsen with just 3 kills hitting .062 6 service errors.
Hawaii hit .258 3 aces (Brandt) 1 error.
From the quick run-down, it doesn't sound like Hawaii is crushing Idaho, just seems like Idaho is losing.

Hawaii has never lost a home conference match. 90-straight. How about that.
Idaho took a time out, by the way.
