Woohoo for Jessica Keefe! I said that already. Sorry, I didn't realize I had no permission to repeat that. In that case, Yay for Jessica Keefe! Woo Hoo for Jayme Lee!

Sorry IB- Idaho passed very poorly. Too many attack & service errors.
Wahine played well- not exceptionally. The third game let down was a little disturbing. It was good to see Gregory and Keefe in the game. Ferrell will get more time as Kaufman moves to the middle. Unfortunately Simmons drops in the depth chart along with Blood. Hawaii looks a little light on the outside without Kaufman. Keefe then Ferrell then- Mafua? or Kaaihue? or Duggins?
After all is said and done, I think that Brandt will be recognized as one of Hawaii's exceptional setters.

Yah for Jayme Lee! Does she have the dumbest luck or what? She now has three times as many kills compared to last year and the season is still young.

Jayme Lee is truly a defensive asset to the team this year. I still really wonder what she could have done during her Senior season being a four-time starting Libero... oh well....but when she has seen PT so far, she's definitely one of the only ones that consistently makes the most of it in being a big producer for the team.

I don't think the Wahine need to go any deeper than those five on the outside, especially if Kaufman can swing on the right too. However, Kaufman helps beef the middle depth which isn't THAT bad either because there are another five there. Depth is not a problem for the Wahine. Brandt... I've said this before, she is the next Nikki Hubbert.

I heard that two from Idaho's roster did not come back to school for personal reasons. One got married, one moved back home to be with family. Neither transfered, nor are even in school anywhere right now. Another transferred to a junior college after she couldn't manage things academically as a DI student-athlete.

ladeda...Thanks! We look different in street clothes and off the court dont we?
I was a lil disappointed with my girlies, but hey they are young. It was def a lil weird for me to sit in the stands @ the SSC. I really wanted to be out there! But Im going to have to get used to it.
volleytalking...You are correct. The off season wasn't very nice to the Vandal girls. But they have moved on and are looking to improve with the people that wanted to be on the team. And they are closer than ever!
Well I've been hanging out on the North Shore and enjoying my beautiful surroundings. Spending my days tanning. I only have one more day until I have to go back to Sac and back to the real world.
