Likewise no way should every player that starts for Washington be an All American. Sorry that is nuts. I can see Morrison, Mussie, and Tama, but I don't see why Hagglund makes it.
Honestly the job is made so much easier than for most with the hitting and passing talent they have.

No kidding.
Who do you double block with the top 5-6 teams?

With those numbers, Larson should be third team or honorable mention. I don't care if she is on the No. 1 team or that her team's offense is so well-balanced. 3.6 kpg for an OH and hitting just .282? Gotta be kidding me.

Swarbrick should be on there too...she's better than some of the Wisconsin and Cal Middle Blockers. And no every player that starts for any team shouldn't all be on the list, but you have to give credit to where credit is due. Setters are perhaps the most important players on the squad and the top 5 teams in the country deserve to have their setters be All Americans, and that includes Hagglund

If she was taken out of the mix, more kills would be divded up between Larson and Houghtelling

If Reineke deserves second team with those numbers, Swarbrick definitely deserves second team Reineke 2.3 kpg, .329 Pct, 1.57 bpg Swarbrick 2.52 kp, .406!!! Pct, 1.43 bpg (plus she plays on a better team and against better competition) lol...and all of this is making sure that my hometown 4th ranked huskies don't get lost in the mix of things. People underestimated them at the start of the season, but I think that they forgot that huskies have a lot of experience

Secondly, noone discounted the Huskies, they punished them for a piddly schedule.

I don't think being ranked in the top 10 preseason is being forgotten...I think the experience of UW is their strength. Sorry I disagree with you saying just because a team is in the top 5 their setter should be an AA. Being an AA should mean more than just that. There are many reasons why teams succeed. Some succeed because they have a great setter and others succeed with a good one as in your case.

Round 2: Please help with the stats, etc. Apologies to Bomber up front. She’s not from the “Big Three” (so the numbers lack legitimacy – but you can verify them at ohiobobcats.cstv.com/sports/w-volley/stats/2007-2008/teamcume.html) and, no, I am not her mother (in fact, she’s not even my favorite Ohio player). These stats are comparable to others on the list: Melissa Griffin, MB, Ohio, Sr., 6-2, 3.93, .369, 0.78, 0.83, 0.29, 0.11

With those numbers, Larson should be third team or honorable mention. I don't care if she is on the No. 1 team or that her team's offense is so well-balanced. 3.6 kpg for an OH and hitting just .282? Gotta be kidding me. Except for the k/g deficit & just a little less in b/g Larson has much better stats than Houston does who is listed on the 2nd team who is hitting a paltry .235. If .282 is bad for an OH what would you call Houston's .235? Until just recently Larson has been hitting over .300. When's the last time that Houston has been hitting for a .300 average for the season?

When's the last time that Houston has been hitting for a .300 average for the season? First of all, I never mentioned Houston. But since we're gonna discuss that, Houston is likely to be an All-American (third team probably) because even if her hitting clip is low, she is almost single-handedly carrying a ranked team, bad passing and all. Larson on the other hand, is just one player in a team full of All-American types, and with her numbers, she is sadly being outshined by her teammates. 3.6 may be great for an MB, but not for an OH, especially with her kill percentage. So, BIG NO for Larson. There is just no comparison between her and Houston.

IB, I hope Reineke's hitting percentage is a typo because an MB hitting .329 with 2.3 kills making the second team? I don't think so. Not even with those blocking numbers. Maybe HM All-Region.
By the way, IdahoBABY looks adorable.
