I should email this entire thread to that dimwit Pelosi. Apparently here entire staff can't figure it out either, since she has always opened her big mouth and laid blame wherever she felt was convenient, much to the chagrin of even her own party. She has no idea that everytime she criticizes the whole mortgage lending crisis, that she is criticizing herself and her party as much as she is criticizing Bush and the other side of the aisle. How can someone so stupid and unaware ever make it to the position of House Speaker? The brilliance of the Democratic Party, on display for everyone who is intelligent enough to step away from the hype and study politics for themselves to see. Yes, you sound just as stupid as she did when she blamed the Republicans for blocking the bailout plan, when Democrats could've easily passed it IF they wanted to. Too bad those Republicans eventually caved in and passed Bush's stupid bailout plan. Just like you blaming the Democrats for blocking the bill back in 2003-2005, when the Republicans could've easily passed it IF they wanted to.

..You need to discuss this further with Slick Willy. He'll set you straight. I never cared for Clinton, and thought he should've resigned.

Yes, you. You're the one who said the bill never made it out of committee. Ah, I see. Too lazy to do your own research, eh? I thought so. Are you claiming my source, you, is wrong?

Ah, I see. Too lazy to do your own research, eh? I thought so. Are you claiming my source, you, is wrong? No, I'm calling you lazy. I'm surprised that with all the people giving me crap right now on the political stuff, that as a collective unit you guys continue to just rehash and repeat the same stuff over and over, yet when challenged with real facts and real arguments, you all resort to either attacking the credibility of the person with the opposing view, or in your case, attempting unsuccessfully to turn the person's words back onto them. I mean, there's gotta be at least 5-6 of you arguing with me on various threads, and NONE of you can stay on point and debate me on facts alone? You have to resort to these tactics to stay in the argument? You guys need to man up, because right now your games are all weak.

..or in your case, attempting unsuccessfully to turn the person's words back onto them. No, it's quite clear that either you are wrong, or my source, you, is wrong. Either way is fine with me. I've been giving you nothing but facts. The Republicans not only didn't pass a bill on the topic, they NEVER even brought a bill out of committee to be voted on. You're the one who relies your argument on hearsay and opinion.

Why are you still arguing with me? I won this argument like a page and a half ago. You haven't said anything new or different in your last 5-6 posts. I refuted your "it's the Repubs fault the bill didn't pass, they had all the control" argument a long time ago. Hell, even Bill Clinton is telling you that you are wrong.
Go watch the video and see all the Democratic dorkwads getting all butthurt when the suggestion is made to introduce regulation into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They get so emotional and dramatic, don't they? Some of them can't even string together coherent sentences they are so upset.

... I refuted your "it's the Repubs fault the bill didn't pass, they had all the control" argument a long time ago... No you didn't. It's impossible for the minority party to prevent a bill from coming out of committee. ONLY the majority party can control whether a bill ever leaves committee or not. If you can't understand that simple fact, no wonder you keep arguing with me.
