I haven't seen Barboza or Klineman play since college. Have they gotten stronger to play against national teams? I like Larson overall play. I know a lot of people like Toms but I really don't see her as a strong hitter. And what is her chemistry with her teammates?
Yea Tom Sucks. She should just quit now. Shes all roll shots and death ray eyes.
Barboza sure seems out of the Olympic equation. Richards seems clearly ahead, but both behind Hodge. If the US had lost to Brazil, perhaps Barboza would have gotten more playing time in the Finals. And Davis's injury makes Miyashiro the heavy favorite for 12th spot. Sad, especcially in light of the enthusiasm of the English announcer.

Yes, very sad, because a horny, potentially inebriated Englishman should be making all of our Olympic roster choices. In other news, Morgan Beck just made the team!
What's the issue? Both Hodge and Barboza will be in London. Anyone who knows anything knows that. I don't understand why people are getting bent out of shape...

You gotta admire her resilience; coming back from a torn ACL her freshman year at Stanford, then three straight runner-up finishes in the NCAA Tournament. She will have a storybook ending one day.

This is what makes sports so great. It's not about how you act when things go well, it's how you act when things aren't going well. Getting up when you've been knocked down.
