Thanks, Ruffda. Also looks like Hugh is offering a free coaching clinic the following Saturday. That's cool. I have plenty of questions.

I hate how this tourney is always the same time as the North Country Region Championships. Anyway, I'm curious how did Concordia-St. Paul do against these teams last spring?

They did really well. I don't think they lost and maybe split one match.

CSP is very good, but I don't see the Gophers playing them. It is a lose lose for them. If they win, people will say "you should win, no big deal it's CSP DII" if you lose- its even worse and you will be crucified. Do I think that CSP could give them a run for their money and maybe beat them, yes I do.

Personally, I think it's much worse to have them at your tournament and not play them. That's not better than losing to them. It just isn't.

Even before we've seen her play, Rosado is definitely the most suspenseful recruit in recent Gopher history.

teams do that all the time in tournaments in the spring, they play some of the teams not all. I do think that MN is avoiding them though.

Even before we've seen her play, Rosado is definitely the most suspenseful recruit in recent Gopher history. Interesting. Given the history, I won't believe it 'til I see her suited up for a match, but if this is true, then perhaps the Gophers don't have to worry about their passing quite so much.

Rosado!! I can't imagine they would include her in the press release if she hadn't passed the test.
And this excerpt alludes to her work over the past year to qualify. Glad she continued to play to stay sharp: In 2013, Rosado competed with USA New York Volleyball Club. Robert Crispin, club director, provided invaluable assistance throughout the recruiting process. He showed great commitment to helping Rosado to achieve her dream of becoming a Gopher. Dalianliz is the daughter of Daliana Otero and Carlos Javier Rosado.

The other thing about Rosado is that we have no idea how good she is.
