Go Badgers. I'm two miles from State Street and I can hear the roar of the crowd from my house tonight. There are thousands in the streets doing some serious celebrating and having fun. It's the 3rd Final Four team this year with Volleyball team, Women's Hockey and now Basketball

Can't hurt Sheff's recruiting to have the Badgers in another final four this year. Will "Sheff", or more accurately put, Carlini and the Badgers, receive the same type of draw as 2013? If so, yeah the team might get to Final 4.

Sheffield just made another BINGO tweet, so they got another commitment from someone. If it is filling Graff's scholarship spot, that didn't take long.

Court has a starting spot and plays 6 rotations because she's in a good position to set if LC makes the first touch. A lot will depend on how strong Jules comes back versus how much Court improves her hitting this spring. I'm running a couple of permutations of starting lineup through my head, based on nothing but my imagination. The first doesn't look a ton different from last year: L1: Chapman L2: Morales S: Carlini RS: Thomas M1: Thompson M2: Nelson Lib: Morey DS for Chapman: Bates Server for Thompson: Kvas The second has Jules coming back strong and Court's hitting improving enough to move her to the left: L1: Chapman L2: Thomas S: Carlini RS: Mikaelsen M1: Thompson M2: Nelson Lib: Morey DS for Chapman: Bates DS for Mikaelsen: Morales Server for Thompson: Kvas? This one is a little tricker because we use an extra set of subs having Deme come in for Jules in the back row. Do we have the subs for KT to come in to serve for Dom and play the one rotation? Or do we have Dom work on her serving so she can stay in and we don't burn that sub? Or I could be completely off base on all of this. :-) I can't wait for 4/6! I don't think you understand how good Bates is, how relatively inexperienced Mikaelsen is, Fricano isn't anywhere on your lists, and you greatly misunderstand that the inefficiency offensively from Courtney and Deme is an actual issue. Wait, have you seen Bates play? If so, elaborate. I don't think anyone else here has (including myself).

Says a lot for SPRI putting a freshman setter in the national team gym with the studs, and obviously a lot more about Carlini. Who is the last setter that SPVB put in the national team training roster?

Smaller OH, under 6', with a good vertical and quick arm swing. Reminds me a little of Alyssa Goehner. But passing wasn't as good as Goehner.

First of all, best name ever. M.E. Dodge. M.E. Secondly, East Troy ended the reason ranked 4th nationally, undefeated and M.E. led the team. I hope she grows a couple more inches, but i understand she's a very talented 6 rotation player. She's all american and nat. jr. team.
