WOW, first set between Lipscomb and Creighton 31-29. Not that they will be top teams, but a good match.

I'm baffled by the amount of service errors I'm witnessing on both sides of the Florida/Georgia Southern game.

Overall, lots of serving errors on Florida's side. I think the game will be determined by how many serving errors Florida produces and first touch on both sides.

I've been in the Florida home game environment so when Florida and Texas tune up over the week and then meet up, it will be a great match. I agree with you on the outcome of the match too, serve and pass, 1st ball kill.

Rutgers down 2-0 to Winthrop...not all that close. Gonna be a long year for Rutgers in the B1G (and their opponents' RPIs) if they aren't pulling out these types of matches in the preseason.

Santa Clara swept St. Francis Brooklyn 25-13, 25-13, 25-19. Santa Clara started freshman setter, Kirsten Mead, in a 5-1, but eventually got the entire roster significant playing time.
