I think my whole premise is that other than the Wisconsin win, Washington also has a very average OOC and I am not convinced they will escape without 3-4 conference losses which may hinder them taking a 4th seed. That is all. You are much smarter than me about RPI figures and impact, my picks are just the ramblings of a interested observer. You're ignoring Washington's road win over #12 BYU, where they outblocked the top blocking team in the nation in a potboiler gym with opposing fans virtually hanging from the rafters. BYU's only other loss was to #9 CSU, whose only loss was to #4 Wisconsin. Washington lost two in the Pac-12 last season, on the road against Stanford and Colorado, with the latter loss a big upset at altitude. This season they only play Stanford in Seattle. I don't see them losing more than one or two.

Thanks for the correction.

1- Stanford 16- Kentucky 8- USC 9-Nebraska 4- Washington 13- Purdue 5- Texas 12- Oregon 3- Wisconsin 14- North Carolina 6- Florida State 11- Illinois 7- BYU 10- Florida 2- Penn State 15- Colorado State *Others in consideration: UCLA, Minnesota, Michigan State Also, I'd be thoroughly shocked if Purdue gets a seed. Their OOC SOS is currently under .500, which is pretty darn bad, by far the worst SOS of any ranked team, the next worst SOS for a ranked team is Minnesota...and like I said, the Big 10 isn't giving big SOS boosts this year. These teams would have to come up big in the Big 10 to get a seed.
