Dear UCLA;
You damn straight better have streaming video available for the match Friday night with Washington.
Otherwise, a giant Costco industrial can of whoop-ass will be opened.

USC sucked at the beginning of the year, so the only great win has been against Oregon so far. Thanks for the laugh though. All in all, as much as we'd like to see Moenoa play, I doubt it's gonna happen. McPeak said at the Cal game that Sealy has a lot of trust in Consani so I assume she'll still be getting the start this week against Washington. Wish the Washington camera angle weren't so high, haven't been this motivated to take setter error stats in awhile. UCLA would be so much better with Speraw coaching, not that it takes intelligence not to start less athletic, less skilled players with lower percentages.

Well, I know that having Karsta hitting for her is a great help, but Consani is somehow still the national leader in assists per set, just above Madi Bugg (Stanford) and Hannah Tedrow (LMU).

Consani's separated from the tenth ranked setter for assists per set by only .41 sets. Without Lowe's junk saving skills Consani wouldn't even be in the top 30 setters in this category. Also Carlini's not in the top ten right now, you'd have to be a fool to pick Consani or Bugg over Carlini and Moenoa on your team.
Sunderland and Scates have been saying for years UCLA should stick with Moenoa.

"The Washington camera angle"? Match will be hosted by UCLA. The camera angles at Hec Ed for UW matches are excellent (IMO). The worst is Cal. It's like the cameras are in the rafters. Add in that gawd-awful distracting supposed Bear logo (which looks like the Jolly Green Giant had explosive diarrhea right on the floor - it's even uglier than Oregon's floor) and you can barely follow the match.

Pepp is terrible this year and losing Cash and Messing certainly does not help next year chances although she did win a sand vb championship

I like Strehlow the best out of the three. I would have to assume that Sealy knows what he is doing, and that Consani is the best fit for the team right now. Then again, I know how it feels when you're a big fan and you feel the coach is favoring the wrong setter. I thought Karissa Cook as a senior (when not injured) was much better than Madi as a freshman, and as a result Dunning favoring Bugg, it cost Stanford an early exit from the tourney.

Don't get me started on miss "I-only-set-the-best-middle-hitters-in-college-off-perfect-passes-or-when-Inky-yells-one-in-my-ear" Bugg. There will come a time again in the tourney when the passing and outside hitting breaks down and she won't have the experience/skills to go to her middles. Maybe they'll get lucky and Gilbert will hold up in reception post season. wait for it STRAAAYYYYYYYLOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWe

She is the best distributor of the ball in college. When you have a team, where nearly all hitters have identical kills, and are all hitting for high percentages, you have something to brag about. And I can assure you, bugg would be unanimously chosen by every member of this site, over Moenoa. You have this unheard of and creepy fascination with setters, and you proclaim them to be the best of the best, and time in and time out, you're proven to be nothing more than nut job, you has an unhealthy liking for these setters. You continuously bash coaches, who have lead teams to victory, and claim you would do better. I can assure you, you wouldn't. Get a life, stop obsessing, and stop being koo koo
