13-9 Oregon. Gardner errors then we dig her to a Brenner transition kill on 2 consecutive points.

17-14 Oregon. Ducks trying to pull away but Sun Devils block (of all things) keeping them in it.

The announcers are Chris Marlowe, probably the most experienced volleyball announcer in the history of the sport (and 1984 VB gold medalist), and Dain Blanton, another Olympic gold medalist and another very experienced TV guy. Maybe that horrible floor in Eugene is affecting their concentration. I'm not minding the announcing, but I do get the feeling Blanton's not as on top of the NCAA women's game as others. Dain's a friend, so I'm loathe to criticize - but I don't think you're wrong. He probably spends more time on beach VB and as part of the L.A. Clippers broadcast team.

22-15 Oregon getting back to serving tough.
22-17, Naya gets her first kill but then stuffed solo. She seems to sense the one-on-one but doesn't read the blocker filling in the cross. Take it line - That's when you tattoo the libero's face!

sometimes I watch Mercedes Binns hit and wonder why she's not an all-conference. She really gets up there.

15-12 ASU. 2 really bad calls against the Ducks in this set, that ball was down.

They should just keep one camera on J-Moo at all times. He puts on quite a show...sometimes more entertaining than the actual match.

22-22 the tension mounts.
Bad pass, Gardner terminates transition. 23-22 ASU. TO Oregon.
Come on Ducks, don't wanna play 5.

25-24 set point ASU, in Oregon's worst hideout rotation. Gardner to serve.
Not a great pass, but not bad enough to cause that much confusion. Ducks save the free ball but Shebby wide. Going 5. COME ON DUCKS.
32 hitting errors for Oregon, you just can't do that.
