My grapevine says you are correct !!! Sindee and AD have not seen eye to eye for a long while. It's a huge blow to that program because Sindee was the one that made it all work. Do you think that whomever comes in is going to get any love from the OVA kids ? Depends. Sindee may hate the AD, but she put a lot of years into that program and she will want to see it stay strong, she also cares very much for her OVA kids, if it is the right fit for them and she likes/respects the new coach - it will be fine. Looking at their roster, I don't the OVA influence is as strong as it once was. This is still quite shocking to me. First I've heard of it. Known Sindee well over the years from club and D2. Players all seem to like her and she knows her VB. Rollins is a tough sell to local kids but their first option when it comes to transferring. That has helped. Wow- such a shock! With 1 week till opening season for them

I'm guessing there were small infractions in terms of club and D2 recruiting rules. People are starting to crack down which hurts assistants at both Levels (I and II) and head coaches who coach/direct a club. It's a very fine line to walk and be successful. Again, this is only a guess but having watched OVA for a long time, I've always been curious how she does it.

Having full on practices during summer camp, putting players up in a hotel and practicing at ova, making players pay for their meals during that time....it was a huge advantage over other programs and those infractions aren't all that "small"

Tampa United is owned/run by a college coach as is Tampa One (though not a head coach)... I doubt that Rollins would have made this call over a "small infraction"... even a "series of small infractions"

I would not want to pay for my own meals. Out of season don't players have to pay for their own meals? It seems splitting college coaches from the club scene is leading to lots of problems.

Is this real, or a Dr. Seuss story? All the names involved - Sindee Snow, Pennie Parker, and Robbie Rowe - give that impression. Good luck getting a job there if you do not have an alliterative name. I find it hilarious how women get destroyed on this thread when it comes to jobs, but when a man does something horrible or looses a job for reason like ... Umm.. Hmm.. acts unbecoming of a coach because they are thinking with the wrong head it never makes it on here.

Furthermore... male coaches regularly get far worse treatment than this
