Cal hung tough thru about 11s. But now Stanford is firing on all cylinders. What ever extremely limited odds there were that STanford was going to share the Pac-12 crown are now only visible under a microscope.

Maddie Kerr = one of my favorite non-Stanfordians. Hope she can finish the match.

Stanford wins second set 25-19. Gilbert is playing like the libero I know and love so much better than Wednesday. She is serving very well too.

The sets to the pins are so fast. Howard has adjusted. Burgess is a beast. Bodes well for The Cardinal.

Cal has a womens basketball match here at 5:30? I guess no one expects this to go five.
It does look like it should be a sweep.

A tale of two seasons here Stanford being the best in the PAC and Cal being the worst. They played good out there just clean volleyball especially on a quick turnaround. Good for Stanford to sweep Cal.
Goodbye Higgins an All American last season and a fantastic hitter for Cal. This was her last game of her collegiate career.
