Anyway, I was sad all match, because I wanted to see UW/BYU. Oh well. Always carry a hankie. I carry a Tom Hankie.

Just started going through the thread--taped game and am watching now. Had to point out that I had to look up the definition of misogyny and believe Dorothy to be 100% correct So really you have no biz to comment. Dorothy said a woman should be "put down." A well-respected, accomplished woman should be "put down," like a dog. I can't believe anyone would let their daughters around such trash. L O L The other comments you said have me very confused. I was agreeing with Dorothy that the person used the word in the wrong context.

Interesting that you would watch that match and focus on butts, and young mustached men. Is it? I mean, those are my two main reasons for watching...

I think Nebraska's plan was to stop Jenn. Others came through. I believe there were 5 players with at least 7 kills. They will need that same balance against Texas.

Because I find it both sad and boring that only 10 schools has won the NCAA National Title in the last 30+ years, I'll be rooting for BYU to win it all this year.

Olmstead for Coach of the Year? Wont happen. If Sheffield didnt get it last year for what he did with the program, Olmstead won't. Unless PSU somehow loses.

What gave it away? Was it my "BYU SUCKS" t-shirt? You seriously weren't cheering for Nebraska, were you?

Congrats to BYU. They came prepared and it showed.
Here is my frustration with this team Imagine how Cook feels!! We have dealt with the highs and lows all year. Their passing last night was atrocious to say the least. Mary ran all over the court like a jack rabbit. We didn't use the middles because their was very little opportunity. I know volleyball is a game of momentum swings but this still perplexes me how Nebraska can be mentally prepared then be out to lunch the next evening. That is something the players themselves have to conquer young team or not. If they can't, they will never be able to compete for the big prize.

As much as I despise Texas, they looked lights out in their Regional. A very high level of play that any team will have a hard time competing with. Its going to be interesting.

But wasn't UNC-Texas the most competitive of the regional finals? Yes it was but what is your point being. One could argue Penn State/Wisconsin at some times matched them as being equally competitive. Texas played excellent to close and North Carolina played great. It wasn't like both teams were playing sub-par. Texas did play lights out to close out that fourth sets lots of teams lose 24-22 in that situation. Granted UNC helped dumping it into the net on serve but they didn't let up making Texas fight for deuce set win.

McPeak "That overpass is something BYU practices..." What does she think that they are the only team that does that. McPeak is awful ESPN needs to reload Who will be calling the semifinals? Is it Karch and Mowins again? I like Sunderland.

I still see an outside chance for Lyskevych to get it. From winless to the sweet 16 in one season is quite an accomplishment
