I'm working on a project that I could use some community help with. It's called Volleyball Coaching Wizards, and it will be a collection of interviews with the world's best coaches - at all levels. My partner is one of the top professional coaches in Germany. We're still only in the beginning stages, which basically means compiling a list of prospective interviewees.
It's not too hard to come up with a list of the best collegiate coaches. The AVCA has its Hall of Fame and we can look at the list of NCAA win totals. We can do something like that for high school coaches as well. The challenging level is Juniors. Not a lot of records kept for those coaches. So we're looking to crowdsource the nominees from that level.
What we're after is coaches who have been active for 10+ years with a fairly obvious record of success. That could be championships or players sent on to college or any other objective measure. Equally as important, we want people other coaches can learn from. Good role models. Feel free to make suggestions here (if you're happy for the resulting discussion

And if you'd like to nominate someone beyond the world of Juniors, feel free. We're definitely looking for coaches in all categories who have done exceptional things, but who have mainly flown under the radar.
