I don't know. I'm still in shock Jon Snow died. WTF? I wait to binge watch a season at a time. Where is the GOT spoiler alert in the topic? My bad. I'm sorry. But watch it anyway. The last 3 episodes are all magnificent. All worthy of being the season finale. In the finale let's just say a Queen gets exposed to the public. Plus many, many more surprises!

So little happens in one episode that my wife and i like doing the binge instead. Good series. Liked Rome too.

Little note to leave here: McKenna Painton from Cal State Fullerton has transferred to Arizona.

That is 3 players that have transferred from Fullerton already (Withers, Crenshaw, and Painton). Has there been anyone else that has transferred from the program? I know someone mentioned a while ago that 5 players from Fullerton have obtained their releases.

6 is the correct number.
In my mind the biggest loss is Stephanie Buss to Tennessee.
Altogether we lost 2 starting middles, a right and left side (both started), and the libero. And another left side who started about a third of the games.
Hopefully we will be better with the new kids coming in!

Why the mass exodus? Clearly each one has their own reasons, but curious minds want to know.

Why the mass exodus? Clearly each one has their own reasons, but curious minds want to know. just a guess - the previous coach recruited all these players that left the previous coach was respected and the only Fullerton coach in a gazillion years that had delivered any success (a Big West title & a POY) and the only coach that beat LB in 30 years the program has been bad for so long gonna be hard to turn around a program after it's already hit the iceberg

I agree. I mean new coach will get her feet wet, but in the process, the team could suffer from growing pains.

It seems like Fullerton and Riverside will be horribly weak. Riverside was by far the worst team I saw last season. I don't see Irvine or Cal Poly being very strong either. Eight games against these teams could really drag down the RPI for everyone else. The bottom of the Big West will be awful.

Irvine returns many key players from a 9-7 Big West team.
Cal Poly returns the entire team
it would be shocking if both those teams are worse than last year.
Overall, the Big West should be as good as last year. Hawaii, Irvine, Davis, SB, Cal Poly all should be as good or better. There are significant question marks for Long Beach & North. Fullerton prob will be worse, Riverside can't be any worse.
Fullerton on the other hand may finally give Riverside a run for their money for the cellar.

How will the loss of CT affect Cal Poly?

How will the loss of CT affect Cal Poly? by CT, I assume that you mean cow tipping of course? I hadn't realized the president @ Poly was also banishing cow tipping (along with banning 100 students standing on a roof, and banning ag land) - it's probably why the assistant coach just got a new job @ Nebraska - as far as I know the cornhuskers haven't banned cow tipping either, so probably figured why he bailed (or baled??). cow-tipping is such a time honored tradition up at Poly, it kinda separates the wheat from the chaf since players that end up on the wrong side of the cow typically don't fare too well up there, if you catch my drift. I remember a UCSB dork one time went on a cow tipping venture up there, the dufus tried to slip the cow a Washington thinking that was the deal - explains why the city slickers end up over in SB hope that helps!!!!
