In the Madison match Purdue was extremely effective in-system. Meanwhile, the backrow play of WI has improved a lot. It should be a very exciting match, and I have no clue as to the outcome.

Purdue gave UW's passing game fits in Madison as I remember. They targeted Bates relentlessly. They even targeted here when she was in the front row. Bates struggled for much of the match, but hung in there. Sheff gave her props for fighting through that and not letting other parts of her game fall apart.
It's something to watch this time as well. Purdue has some tough servers.

Ashley Evans was recruited as a setter, so the remark earlier that she is converted to setter is off.
As far as under rated middles, Faye Adelaja does not get the POWs, but she is the high % hitter and a rock for the team.
Good luck to Purdue Seniors Annie Drews, Amanda Neill, Kaisley Fisher, Kate Workman and Sammy Epenesa.
I hope their last night playing in Holloway Gym is a special one!

Sorry I thought Evans was a DS. Good luck and farewell to Drews I am sure opposing teams will be glad to not see her on the other side of the net anymore.

I like the no announcers on BTN (improvement over some crews;) but the lack of a score board is driving me nuts!

The stream is just a stationary camera. No voiceover or graphics.
Their PA guy has a very dramatic voice.

Well that was a collapse by the Badgers. Up 17-12, now 19-19 on a bunch of hitting errors.

Don't like the video stream here. They had wide angle then focussed in so no we can't see the end lines.
This match feels like a war. Critical error there by Purdue on the net error at the end. Two net errors.
Kriskova is the only badger really doing well. She like playing Purdue for some reason.

Good set by Kriskova 6/7 no errors. Set 1 to UW, 25-22.
No camera view of the left hand end line so it's a mystery after every serve. I don't mind no commentary, but a score would be nice. Gametracker is ahead (which is not the worst thing).
