Colorado and Pitt out yet Villanova in? The committee missed an opportunity for another infinitely more interesting match-up in first round (vs Dayton), and possibly second round (Penn St), by not putting Colorado in the Villanova slot. Colorado is a fun team to watch, fifth in the PAC 12, that's gotta hurt. Colorado is now feeling the hurt Purdue felt last year missing the tournament by a hair. It's too bad for the seniors on the teams that don't make it. I propose they add the 4 bubble teams and have a 4 game pre-tournament playoff like they do for the basketball tourney.

She would have named the last four in and the last four out last night on ESPN, but for some reason ESPN didn't put her on the air. Go figure. She mentioned several times how they discussed the Nebraska vs Penn State match. I wonder if she was trying to justify giving Penn State a #7 seed or maybe she was trying to justify giving NE the #4 seed. FYI - I was very surprised that PSU got a 7 seed, I really thought they'd be getting a 10 seed or lower after that NE loss. Any clue? Just curious. PS - Thanks for providing these videos. I enjoy viewing them.

Wasn't Hawaii's Moniz-Kaho'ohanohano on the committee at some point? I don't remember. Maybe because she didn't really do anything special for the UH program while being in there?
I really don't remember

Also, IMO there are about 8 pac 12 teams better than the 3rd or 4th big 10 team. I disagree. As much as I like the PAC-12 I think there is a clear distinction between the top four (UW, USC, Stanford and UCLA) and the next four (Colorado, Oregon, UA and ASU). I think there are at least five B1G teams that would finish above that second group (Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, PSU, Ohio State) and of those at least three that would slot in after UW and USC. I meant big 12 not big 10. I've said since the beginning of the season that the big 10 was the best.

2nd place, Kansas, would finish 5th in the pac 12, at best. Also, IMO there are about 8 pac 12 teams better than the 3rd or 4th big 10 team. Hmmm... B1G 3rd place team is Wisconsin. B1G 4th place team is Penn State. Please tell me which 8 PAC 12 teams would be better than them. 5th and 6th place teams in the B1G were Purdue and Ohio State. Which 8 teams were better than them? I meant big 12 not big 10. I've said since the beginning of the season that the big 10 was the best conference.

Also, again, just so there is no confusion going forward: I meant big 12 not big 10. I've said since the beginning of the season that the big 10 was the best conference.

In this numerically challenged world where academic institutions can't count to 12 (or 14, 10 or 9) it is unfortunately an easy mistake to make. I will agree with you the the Big 9/12ths is not the same as it once was without Nebraska and with Oklahoma and ISU having a down year, but I do think that ISU (the Big 12 #3, and my alma mater) would sweep the PAC-12 #8 (ASU, obviously different pre-injury) and probably sweep the PAC-12 #7 (Arizona). They would probably lose to Oregon (PAC-12 #6) beat Colorado (PAC-12 #5) unless it was in Boulder.
