Does anyone know how McClendon and Hancock are doing for their polish teams? They playing for the same team, Gornicza, and they both start on a regular basis. The team is tied for third with Wroclaw (Skorwonska, Costagrande, Hildebrande) despite not having a single player on the current Polish national team. Hancock is statistically around the 5th best setter and is 2nd in aces per set, while McClendon is a top 10 passer. Both are playing well but wouldn't be called to the Polish NT based on their performance (if they were Polish) so they have a ways to go if they want to play for the US. I could see Hancock getting a contract in the Italian league next year but she probably still isn't a top 5 American setter and Carlini likely joins the international game next year.

How have Hill and Lowe been faring this year? Hill doesn't play much. Haven't seen Lowe play this season but he team isn't very strong so I assume she's taking a lot of swings.

Why do you post things that are wrong? Hill is regularly starting for Vakif. She just didn't report to the team till November. The first week she got there, they only used her as a sub in the Champions and domestic league matches but she has started every competitive match since (only resting against the last-place team in the Turkish League and the home CL leg against the Slovenian team they blew out).

Whitney Little (Mizzou 2011-14) was Bundesliga for Dresdner SC, but I think she left: "verzichten". Injured I guess.

My bad. Caught a bunch of their earlier games and saw her on the bench.

Eczacibasi is in trouble in the Champions League. Pomi (Lloyd/Gibby) beat Chemik Police, the top Polish team, on the road today and it looks like they will win the "group of death." Ecz need a win at Pomi next week (who beat them in Istanbul) or they might not make it out of the group stage into the playoffs. Given they needed 5 to get past a Czech team at home this week and Kreklow is doubtful, that could be very problematic for them. What's worse - they have one of the only matches in the Turkish League they need to worry about this weekend - derby with Vakif - so they probably can't rest the starters either. It looks like Novara may not make it out of the group phase either.

Nicole Fawcett in IGOR GORGONZOLA..hoping for Murphy in Europe too.. Murphy has been playing in Japan and doing good. Overall the team she is with isn't doing too hot though but she gets a decent amount of kills it's other phases of the game that kill her team.
