I will never understand the idea of disliking a person you have never met, spoken to. It's just his body language and facial expressions. No it isn't you have all but called him a cheater and unethical on numerous occasions, something of which many on here would verify, If you are going to say you dislike someone, at least be honest as to why you don't.

If the shoe fits - it fits. Why do you ask questions if you don't want an answer? I don't care for any coach who pulls scholarships b/c the coach made a mistake in recruiting. I still don't care for his body language and facial expressions.

Maybe the players knew they wouldn't see the court and wanted to go somewhere and get more playing time.

So how many players know they won't see the court next year and want to go somewhere and get more playing time? This seems like an annual event.

In Order 1. Carlini 2. Rolfzen 3. Ajanaku 4. Taylor 5. Nwanebu. 6. Allhassan, What about Ogbugo? She's a game changer even though she didn't so well in the NC.

Carlini/Nwanebu/Alhassan/Washington/Ajaniku(sp?)/Taylor. Who knows, the season hasn't even started.

I can't see her getting the numbers to merit consideration, especially if Nwanebu is healthy. Chiaka is a smooth outstanding middle but realistically I have a hard time seeing her get 3 kills per set and while she hits for a good percentage (~.400), her numbers just wont be strong enough. Alhassan, Washington and Ajanaku figure to be go to hitters for their respective teams and will most likely see more sets than Ogbogu. They also hit for a higher percentage than Chiaka. That said, Ogbogu might be the most versatile middle in her ability to swing effectively off of one or two feet, and her athleticism makes her an elite prospect for future National Teams.

Have you not noticed that transferring is a major trend in college sports when players aren't going to get playing time? It happens in college football all the time. Difference there is players have to sit out season there whereas in volleyball, they are allowed are usually play right away. Also, still waiting for your proof of your allegations of John Cook? Sounds like BS bitter allegations otherwise.

In Order 1. Carlini 2. Rolfzen 3. Ajanaku 4. Taylor 5. Nwanebu. 6. Allhassan, I agree except I would switch Rolfzen and Carlini. As much as I dislike Coach John Cook I am predicting a Nebraska sweep next year with Kadie Rolfzen getting NPOY and Cook NCOY to go along with their back-to-back championships. The talent they will be putting on the court next fall will be truly impressive. They will have bench players that could start and excel for many other teams. Not sure how Rolfzen figures to be a POY favorite next season. She had a very good junior season, but I'd look for Foecke or Holman to step up and garner more of the spotlight. Unless someone pulls a Bricio and significantly elevates her level of play, it's Carlini's award to lose. As long as Wisconsin has a nice year and makes the regional final and she plays like she did the last 2 years, I say she gets it. The only players I could see contending are Ajanaku and Nwanebu.

Hodson will be more of POY candidate than Ajanaku.

This seems like an annual event. any reason why you have zero posts on USC transfers, or the myriad of other programs that have players coming and going? Do you have selective opposition to transfers? As one poster mentioned this is becoming the norm more than the exception. You wouldnt believe the number of calls and emails club directors get inquiring if we are aware of any kids transferring. In Nebraska's case, the kids who transferred ALL got what they wanted which is a chance to play a significant role. It worked out pretty well for all parties I would have to say. Well with the exception of you.

Hayley Hodson may be the best OH in the country next year, and could be in the conversation for POY. I don't think an OH gets it next year. It's a middle or carlini.

Hodson will be more of POY candidate than Ajanaku. I think her numbers will be good, but not good enough to justify a POY as a sophomore. Stanford will have good balance next year
