Bryn Kehoe, remember her ? She was on Campus the past week for an interview for the other Assistant Cool if she gets a second shot at a another large program. Hopefully history doesn't repeat and she makes better choices.

Oh good, so her two hires are a kid with almost no experience outside of having an impressive last name courtesy of his dad and a coach who has been out of the game after being fired for being picked up by the police for public intoxication in Alabama at 11 am on a Sunday. To say I am underwhlemed would be an understatement.

well, the Rose hiring only leaves me shaking my head. Have heard from past players of programs he was apart of that he hasn't really done a whole lot and to be given some of the reigns of a program like ASU - - I can only wish him and the program good luck, they will need it!

We elected (twice) a man to the highest office in the land who was arrested for drunk driving at the age of 30.

I'm not convinced she's an ideal candidate for a Pac 12 job as her bounce back second chance, seeing as she has been out of the game for several years and this staff was already pretty questionable.

This coach will be gone after 3 seasons...................her assistant hires are terrible. Lisa Love and Julie Hermann would have been ideal hires, experienced women who could show her everything not to do running a high profile powerhouse program.

Stevie also coached my daughter in club. She remains, hands down, her least favorite coach she had in 12 seasons of club and college. Life is an echo. (Sometimes) Curious how this one turns out.

I noted this in the jobs thread, but ASU leads with the fact that the hired the first African-American female HC in a Power 5 program. Except, Linda Hampton-Keith, who JUST left ASU for a head coaching job in Power 5 program NC State is also African-American. That's a bit of an oversight... Is that a cheap shot? A "Linda who?" kind of thing or is ASU Sports Info just not very good? I think it's the latter. A more recent press release says Stevie is "just the second women's head volleyball coach of color at a Power-5 conference school (N.C. State's Linda Hampton-Keith is the other)." Who does their research? There have been a couple of Power Five schools with African American coaches; Iowa and NC State (Linda is their second). OK, so they are not powerhouses, but they belong to Power Five conferences. www.thesundevils.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=749677&SPID=126724&DB_LANG=C&DB_OEM_ID=30300&ATCLID=210738991

I never knew Linda was a person of color. If someone doesn't look black how would you know they are black?
