That is your standard response to anyone who disagree with your viewpoint? This is "stupid", this is "dumb"? Wow, how "insightful". Pot calling the kettle black, know what that means? It's really exhausting having to explain a stupid comment, so I think it was appropriate. Read the rest of the thread where he demonstrates how tango's premise is not smart.

Ok...let me go back. When the user posted the thing about Hooker`s post, some people responded and asked what if it was a choice? Hooker Or Karch who would you pick?. I just replied saying in this case I would pick Karch. To start things with, Hooker should have never left the team, and she`s the best OPP USA ever had. But with everything that happened I think it is too late for her to back, unless there`s a new coach. So bring Hooker back and get a new coach and start everything from scratch? Or Just keep everything as it is? I just prefer the second option and I mentioned before, Hooker is already 30 and if she comes back she probably would stat only until Tokyo anyways. That is what I was referring to, it is not that I don`t want her to come back. I just don`t think Hooker will "fit" with this team anyways, I don`t see her forcing make smiles on the court or dancing like a cheerleader on the sideline. Well said. But reading comprehension and understanding the finer points of an argument has never been the strength of all the Karch-haters and "H" believers.

The best route to get Gold medal for DH will be helping Brazil to beat China and block Zhu Ting. That is a crazy thought.

So - Are there any 'Top' 6-rotation outsides, or even opposites, that are coming out of college in the next couple years? The only one I know of is Mikaela Foecke (NE, Jr). Any Others?

Wouldn't really consider Foecke a top 6-rotation OH when she's been a three rotation player for a majority of her time at Nebraska. People will say Lanier, White, Sun, Plummer but none of them have spent any time in the gym with the WNT at this point.

Your standard argument and response has consisted of some variation of "Karch is the coach. He can do whatever he wants." "She ain't coming back," "Only one can be on the team," and "Get over it." You also have this weird defensiveness and tunnel vision whenever Destinee is brought up. Get over it already.

No collegiate OH will be ready for Tokyo, mostly serve receive skills holding them back. I'd like to see Sun and Samedy training at OPP with Team USA. I prefer to see some young blood at position since their younger bodies could hold up better in taking a million swings. Karch seems a bit conservative in involving collegiate players on the senior NT. Or perhaps college coaches aren't permitting their players to train with the NT. Regardless, I wish the women were investing more in sooner integrating younger players - like The US men are doing.

She definitely should be wearing a US jersey. But the reality is that Karch and H aren't going to reconcile, so what is the point of endlessly blasting Karch? He is not going to change his mind. So long as Karch is there, Destinee won't be on the team.

Haven't you been listening? lol

But so many of you always come back to the H situation, as if that is the root cause of all the failings of the team.

Some people come back to it because it is an obvious fix to one of the major problems with this team's offensive production--the absence of a prolific scorer who can bail us out when OOS. But why are you able to support Karch's action even though you say you agree that Destinee should be in a USA jersey? Certainly he has leeway as the head coach, but he can't do whatever he wants. No one can.

I don`t think it is only Karch that wants DH out, the whole USAV organization must support his decision. (And again I`m not saying that I want her out or that she should stay out. But Karch and USAV knows what happened and we don`t know.)

I'm asking you why you aren't critical of him for refusing to reconsider (or for creating a my way or the highway situation) particularly given that you said you think she should be in a USA jersey. I'm suggesting what your argument appears to be--"because he can."
