I ate breakfast today potatoes, eggs, bacon. Too hot so I had a banana and pb sandwich for lunch, and cereal and strawberries for dinner.

Save the Alaskan King Crab for the garlic and butter sauce. Use lump crab for a salad Read how imitation krab is made. Make sure to grab a bucket first: draxe.com/imitation-crab-meat/

Fake crab is bearable with old bay seasoning. I like seafood, but I live in the Midwest and eat some freshwater fish. I spend my nickels on seafood when I visit a coastal state. But alas, I eat it all there and don’t bring any home. Not fortunate to have a bucket of real crabmeat in the cold case at the market.

I like it with pico de gallo (onions, tomatoes, jalapenos), with or without mayo, and mixed with salad or chopped iceberg lettuce and sometimes, canned corn or a can of rinsed black beans, served with tortilla chips.

That’s sounds yummy. I’m lame with my Tuna salad, celery, salt/pepper, chopped onions, mayo. My sister uses mustard, miracle whip and mayo and I don’t care for it. I like brown mustard but not everybody else does so I put that on my bread.

But that being said, despite the knowledge of unhealthy food being increasingly common knowledge, everyday I see so many obese people lining up at McDonalds and Burger King (and I mean some of them are really fat, I'm surprised they can get off the couch). What does that say?

Imitation crab, spam, hot dog, anything labeled "special sauce" -- they all have a place on my dinner plate.

It's reputed to have a most disgusting and revolting taste. But how many people have actually eaten it here? I have, and it didn't taste all that bad actually. Although...I would not recommend you to eat it too often, given it's high salt content.

I enjoy spam musubi. When we camp, sometimes it's just spam and brown rice for dinner. I don't eat it often, but it's welcome in my belly.

If you're Chinese, don't hate me but I don't like authentic Chinese food. I'm really embarrassed to say that I like Americanized Chinese food. LOL! There are a lot of bizarre smells and flavors that take some getting used to. I go to 99 Ranch a lot so I'm sort of used to it even if I don't like it. Again, don't hate. I should remind you that I'm currently learning Mandarin and I have a lot of Chinese friends. LOL! So, yeah, not a fan of Peking Duck, stinky tofu, chicken feet, and the like. I do, however, love the hot sauce: This is not Sriracha. It's deadlier then Sriracha. I even apply this to non-Chinese dishes, like hot dog, pizza, and spaghetti. Almost anything, really. I can pretty much enjoy 90% of the Chinese dishes offered at Asian buffet restaurants. Similarly, I'm not a fan of some authentic Mexican dishes, like Menudo, which is a soup with cow's tripe as its main ingredient.
