@ruffda, is it true that the Juicy Lucy is something all Minnesotans crave -- rain, shine, or snow?

No. But it is a huge claim to fame, for some reason. I have never had one.
The wife is a fan.

I had to look up “Juicy Lucy.” What is it with Minnesota and heart attack food? A friend of mine - a really good pro beach player - from MN brings over this goopy casserole called “hot dish,” which seems to consist of tater tots and whatever else was getting moldy in the fridge. It’s nasty, but I always seem to go back for seconds.

I've accidentally started watching videos of this Chinese chef, Dianxi Xiaoge, who lives in her village somewhere in the Yunnan province of China. Apparently her idyllic country life and healthy cooking has made her an internet sensation globally with over a billion subscribers on her channel. After watching a few of her clips, I am beginning to understand why. The food she makes is straight from the farm and gardens around her village, no preservatives added. And the way she depicts the peaceful rural atmosphere around her is somehow quite soothing and calming:

Made yogurt today.
If you want to make some homemade yogurt, let me know. I'll be glad to share my so-frikkin-easy-to-make homemade yogurt process.

This is equivalent to HolidayHusker saying the Rush Limbaugh Show is a famous conservative radio show for some reason, but he has never listen to it before. LMAO @ruffda how can you live in MN for so long and never ever had a Juicy Lucy? They are awesome! I actually had one at Matt's Bar.

I don't need stuff inside my burgers. I don't even want cheese on top of them.
Moderation in all things except moderation.

I never met a burger I didn't like -- except the crap they sell at Burger King.

I remember when I was living outside DC back in my early 20s and there was a Burger King and McDonalds right next to each other in Arlington. When I needed to grab a bite late night or on the go I would get a double cheeseburger from the Burger King drive through and loop around and grab a large fry through the McDonalds drive through. Wasn't healthy, but found a way to maximize taste and maintain convenience!

Anyone have any good recipes for stone soup? Step 1) Get a clean stone and put it into boiling water Step 2) Find some gullible people who are willing to put food items into the soup Step 3) Pretend that the stone flavored the soup
