Nope. After the first 3-4 days I was fine. Not that I wouldn’t like a plate of Mexican food, or a chocolate chip cookie, but so far I’m doing okay.

My rule of thumb is to always mix colors when preparing a dish:
greens (broccoli), whites (potato), and browns (meat)
reds (wine), whites (fish), and purples (red cabbage)
greens (turnip leaves), whites (squid), and yellows (egg noodles or pasta)
oranges (carrots), whites (chicken), and greens (celery)

Made cauliflower rice last week. Family was not pleased. how did you cook it? i like cauliflower. was planning on cooking some tonight Cauliflower was already riced (Costco). Sautéed it in some butter with onion and garlic.

I find when I get too lean I am cold all the time. Did not happen when I was younger. You find the same as you trim down?

The interesting thing is that they are msu creative about harmonizing the color without losing out on the flavor

I find when I get too lean I am cold all the time. Did not happen when I was younger. You find the same as you trim down? Well, it was 93 here yesterday, so hard to tell. But I lost 85 pounds about 10 years ago and yes, I constantly wore a sweater around the house. Not in the summer, however 🌞.
