I think Wurl went through a slump for a short period a few matches ago but has really picked it up again. She has been very solid. Will be interesting. Mia is playing the best ball of her career and playing very good. I assumed Wurl would have taken the job but Mike has done a great job strengthening all our back row players.
Key to Ga Tech is serving tough to make their offense more predictable. And shut Bergman down.

Funny how at every level of volleyball it all comes down to the serve and then receive - if you donβt have that, you have nothing ππ

So who is in charge of what with regard to coaching? Mike primarily back row, Susan primarily the front row, Joe observes all of it and gives his input. We served BC out of the gym Sunday....flashes of it against Syracuse but Shemanova was just so good hitting OOS.

Our losses in the preseason to some overachievers are helping us. If we can win both this weekend, I think we could be somewhere around 50 to begin next week.
GA Tech and Clemson both are going to be tough matches. I do not see either being sweeps. Hope we bring our A game.

Game Day! I love reading the series notes for opponents. Speaking of notes, this is the first year since 2013 we haven't had to go to Atlanta, and UNC has won the last six in a row versus Georgia Tech at home. We're riding momentum and the night is showcasing a good cause in CF Awareness. Hopefully we come away with the W. Lets go Heels!

Playing for Kelsey will be a big motivator but also the trajectory we are on.
GA Tech just scares me....they have such good offense. And in 2016 we went down 0-2 to them at home but stormed back to win in 5. Collier is a very good, passionate coach. it will be a battle.

What happened to Fradenburg? No sure.. can't tell if she is in uniform or street clothes on the bench... Glimpse of the future though with Wurl in the L jersey...
