Meanwhile; Destinee has gotten 2 Viva la volei awards and scored 30 points against sao caetano Of all active American opposites, Destinee is still the best. Cuttino with her development is a promising choice for 2024.

Lowe hit .156 in her first match with Imoco, in case y'all missed it. 11-6-32. Just FYI. I was the first person to know she was our B opp during her junior year, but I've also always known that would be her peak. Most posters here been severely wrong about her, par for course.

Molly sauer, Louisville just graduated libero, will be joining the national team in March in California. She was the on the jnt in high school and even though she chose a non power program, she kept up her play. 3 time acc libero of the year. This past summer she made the highest collegiate national team over many top liberos. Karch knows Molly and really likes her. She is the exact libero he goes for, fantastic serve receive. She has one of the best touches I’ve ever seen. I really think she could crack a roster coming up.... she’s fanstastic .

Like Hunter, Albrecht, Abercrombie, Knop, etc. were last winter.

She rejoined the team a little over two years before Tokyo, wasn't ready to compete until 5-ish months later, and proved to be well-below her 2016 form, despite being raw and undisciplined then. Her development has always been an issue, and now, with only two pro seasons left to improve her game to take the starting role from Murphy, she's taken a back-up role behind one of the best opposites in the world... but ok.

Y'all can knock Simone's passing all you want, but she's going to be reeeeeeeally good at scoring against a double block by the end of the season. Here she scores the last two points when Beylikduzu (Hunter, Drews) took the first against Eczacibasi (Larson, Gibbemeyer, Boskovic) yesterday:

Lee is an elite attacker and athlete. Very underrated in the US right now

Agree with you. But as another poster stated, Karch has probably decided who are his picks. I’d be willing to bet Lowe is on his lefty, RS list.

I'd pass on Lowe.

Another thing...Vitra took this game as "practice" ...they play already on Tuesday against Kazan for Champions League. Few weeks ago Vakfbank lost a set against a German team in CL...later Guidetti said they had a super heavy workout in the gym just the day before and that`s why they did not play well.

From just watching Larson and Lee play against each other, man Lee could not consistently pass or defend. Larson’s ball control is far superior and I’m glad we have her. Even attacking, I think I would still go with Larson. She’s smarter and less error prone. Not saying Lee doesn’t have potential, but right now she would get served off the court on the national team.
