I only organize the practices and set line ups for match's. In this day and age you do more than that and you are asking for problems and trouble. Can I ask at what level you coach?? He doesn't -- he is a well-known whack-job who has a SEVERE fetish for L. Sun...plus thinks he's some 'Kung Fu' master..Claims "pick the winner champ, 2018"; 1 week!

Coaches do matter to an extent. If you gave Karch (example) the sisters of the poor they would probably get better but Karch wouldn’t win the Olympics and no one really talk much about his coaching skills. BUT if you give him the amazing players he has now and when they win (which I believe they will) then everyone will say what a great coach he is.
Bottom line: Talent is more important then coaching.

The way i look at is this...every team has a ceiling and floor based on their talent, the coach can determine whether that team performs closer to their ceiling or closer to their floor Every great coach has one thing in common....great players...that doesn't mean great talent can't be elevated/wasted...
