Any idea who that second Greek kid coming in? Teammate of Dimi or somebody better?? Believe it is Spyros Hakas 6’4-6’5 OH big leaper . The Others are libero, middle and possibly another local player. I thought last week they would not have enough scholarship money for the big German opposite but that may have changed this past weekend. He was also considering UCLA, PSU , Irvine and Long Beach, we will see.

Can’t seems to find much info on Spyros Hakas. Could you provide some background on this kid. Searched the U19 and U17 Greece roster and his name doesn’t appear to be on there. Hope he at least is one of the up and coming players. . It would be a long way to go to find a project.
However I did find a group picture and I saw Dimi in there so I am assuming he was a teammate of Dimi on some club.

Where the heck is that schedule at? Lol I know, right!? A few seasons ago, I had my season ticket renewal notice in early November with the schedule included. Last year, they mentioned only a few teams that were coming. This year, NOTHING!!! They want us to renew with not knowing who's coming or how many home games there are. Luckily, I have done sleuthing and also checked here.

I'm assuming they play @ Northridge this year so that'll probably be my best chance to catch the team, Long Beach and Irvine should all be in Hawaii this year if they keep up the schedule the same way.

There's also a mix up in the dates when Hawaii play King and Lincoln Memorial. LMU has Hawaii on the 1/20 on their schedule and King has Hawaii on 1/21 on their schedule, but Hawaii has it the other way around: King on 1/20 & LMU on 1/21. I don't know if there's an error, or they switched their schedules.

I like this schedule. A lot of opportunities early in the season to get new starters (Thelle, Voss Santos, Humler/Galloway) a chance to get it together. I don't expect any of them to be that good until the Big West starts which is what our focus should be more than RPI boosting preseason. If UH wins out, which is the goal, RPI is less of a factor.

Is Eleu Choy really only 5'7? Because that would make him shorter than his sister.

So what the scoop on Filip John? We going have a chance on him or not??
Him and Dimi battling it out for the OPP spot should be fun to watch.
