Katz left to play professionally. Umlauft left to pursue his engineering degree. Costas did not leave early. As Koa mentioned, he played all 4 years for UH. There is no common denominator here.
Rado is not going anywhere.

Will miss you Stijn, good luck in your endeavor to make the Dutch national team. And as Bob Hope used to say: Thanks for the memories!

I am one who think there may be a possibility of Rado leaving. The reason I say that is because he was very close to Stijn and Joe. Joe kind of took him under his wing when he came in. I don't think he is as close to the returning players as he is with Joe and Stijn so he essentially will be without his two best friends. Pat and him doesn't seems to be close. Colton has his own group of friends and also a GF.
This year was also UH's best chance to win the title. Next season, we return some pieces but lose the bulk of the offense.
If Rado values getting a degree and finishing off what he started, he may choose to stay but if he feels like he have nothing to gain by staying and doesn't see the situation getting better than this past season, I can see him leaving.
Hope he stays but if he was to leave, I wouldn't be surprised.

Hope he stays but if he was to leave, I wouldn't be surprised. I mean he also seems really close with Gage, and I'm hoping he will come out in the next season hungry for the national title. He is also a strong candidate for being AVCA national player of the year and Big West player of the year since DeFalco, Ensing, Tuaniga, and also his own teammates SVT and Joe are gone. With that said, if he does get offered to play professionally, he might take it. However, there are definitely areas that he could improve on such as hitting smarter and defense, so I think he would be doing himself a favor by playing one more year. But the idea of Rado leaving does not really seem to have any basis at the moment, so can we move on from this?

There are just as many players who do not leave early: Miladinovic, Zimet, Delgado, Hakala, Zemljak, Sedore, Timmer, Mol, Van Tilburg. More International players stayed than transferred out. And Rado is going to be a Senior next season with another great opportunity to help his team win a National Title. Dude, you're grasping at straws.

What do those that have seen extended amounts of his abilities think of Thelle’s ability to run the offense next season? I know anyone would love a 6’6” lefty setter but the way Joe worked in his middles and could absolutely dish a ball back to the RS, what can we expect from Thelle taking the reigns? If not Van Eekeren or Sheward? I’m sure we can replace Dalton and Stijn’s offensive impact just fine but I just don’t want to go back to being another “highball-highball-surprise middle” offense you see with a lot of Setters out there who are great athletes but I can’t think of many that possess that IT factor of a Joe Worsley or a Josh Tuaniga

how long does it take to heal ones hand? the fact that this dude consistently served in the 70s is crazy.i really have high hopes for him, with that said if he does get that medical waiver, hes going to be better than svt and rado, you can bank on it.
