Kevin Barnett shouldn’t expect a Christmas Card from Megan Courtney. He is not a fan. He'd fit in perfectly here on VT

I sorta cheer when KR has a hitting error because I REALLY want her to be our libero. But seriously, why not give Lake a chance? In my National Team libero thread, it said Karch puts a premium on passing over defense. Courtney hasn’t shown she can pass. At all. I think it was Joe Trinsey that came on here that said the one stat that is HIGHLY correlated between practice and live match situations is passing. I have to imagine that Courtney is out-passing Lake in practice and that's why she's the starter.

Jordan Thompson is a BEAST. I wonder if Cincy is going to let her play 6 rotations next season. I never watched her in college at all, but she can obviously handle herself at the Olympic level so she can of course do NCAA.
Annie Drews also had an incredible run at the VNL. So the USA are loaded at OPP now. Who else, currently in NCAA, do you think could fight for an OPP spot on this team? I also wonder if Kathryn Plummer is going to try to make USA roster, or maybe pursue the Beach route?

Edit: Maybe not her freshman year.

As a previous poster stated, playing 6 rotations is nothing new for her, she also moved to OH last season, I'm not sure if she will stay there or go back to OPP - I've looked at their roster and I didn't find it gave me any definitive answers. Plummer is going to attempt to make the indoor roster, and then see what happens from there (re: moving to Beach), as she has stated already.

Plummer has stated that she will play indoor for as long as her body holds-up and then move to the beach. “My plan is to play indoor for as long as I can, as long as my body holds up,” she says. “Then once the floor starts to hurt my joints, I’ll get back into the sand and have a fun time with that.” www.usavolleyballyourcourt.com/issue2019-2/kathryn-plummer/
