Alright I think every top ten team needs it own thread. I really wish they could have won today but they are still a very strong team. This collection of hitters is SEVERELY underrated. If they had their setter returning from last year they would be undefeated still and that’s on periodt. I think they go undefeated the rest of the season and they Have a good shot of getting into the sweet sixteen at least.

They're fun to watch. If they win out in conference, they stand a great chance of only playing at home in December.

They should walk through conference play unscathed, but even if they do that the committee won't put them in the top 4 if they start outside unless someone else above them has a bad loss.

Pitt 5, PSU 3 in sets played ... that looks like a win for Pitt In the end a win is a win. A loss is a loss. It won’t come down to sets between these two at end of year anyway. Psu plays a way tougher conference schedule. If they take any bad losses and Pitt wins out they will finish ahead of psu. If psu was able to run table( prob wont) then they deserve to be ahead of Pitt based on full schedule. My point is the set wins in head to head in my opinion won’t matter come end season. In my option I also believe it won’t matter cause in end my belief is nobody is beating Stanford come tourny time. So many people are getting over excited about Stanford’s two losses. They played a ridiculous ooc schedule and they will be fine come tourny time. If my poll is based on results so far Baylor is 1 but if it’s based on who I think the best team is it’s stanford still

Yes, I think they were going to run a 6/2 with Akeo setting backrow and Levers in front, and both Markovic and Ndee playing RS.

If Markovic and Ndee are both playing RS, then Levers can't set in the front. Both setters would need to be setting from the back row.

Actually it would be a 5-2 and it could work....When Akeo is back row, Ndee would be hitting front row. Then when Lexi gets to front row she subs out with Levers and Ndee would switch out with Marcovic since she is better at hitting from back row. I assume that was the plan to get Starks on.

You're right, my bad. But I did hear they were going to run a 6/2.

I think a 5-1 with levers would have been the best option. Just my take

I think a 5-1 with levers would have been the best option. Just my take That was what they did last year, wasn't it? 5-1 but subbing levers for akeo when the setter moves up so they have some height at the net. They could do that this year with soboleski but soboleski's setting just isn't there. We got punished bad by PSU yesterday when akeo went up front, they just hit right through her.
