Jeremy isn't an international blocker, could split with the right partner but no way is he full-time on that level. If he wants to play internationally, he needs to learn to play defense.

Jeremy has just never made much of an effort to play internationally regardless of partner. Isn’t a top level blocker there and never will be but he could compete with the right partner. Just hasn’t ever been focused on this.
But he has been steadily climbing the partner ladder since he first got a chance with Rosie years ago and then to Mayer, then Reid, then Chaim and a win, and now sliding all the way back to Rosie is tough. Jeremy is much better than the first time they partnered and Rosie has fallen off quite a bit.

Agree that Jeremy has improved a ton

Jeremy would have been better off grabbing Miles or Beranek than Rosie honestly. You’re at least going to get max effort out of those guys

OK, going to summarize a bit if I can. Let me know of any major misses. I'm not too worried about teams outside top 18 for team purposes for the most part. (I used Chicago pairings as the baseline) Bold-ed teams are new this year.

Looking at the lost I think the Killer Bs probably grab a win this year if they play all 8 Huntington conflicts with a 4 star Austin with a 3 star, it's in China, so Austin could be better this year. Don't really see the tip of the top teams heading for that one.

With the current condition in China with the coronavirus, if there are no improvements/cure, I don’t see teams going to Xiamen 4* even if they can avoid it. Do we think US teams will go to Iran for the 3*? It’s before the Doha 4*.

Medaling in a 3 star that one of the others doesnt play very well might be the difference. For that reason I’d think they play everything. Hadn’t considered the corona virus but otherwise I think it holds true.

These are 9 stops before the OLY Q period is over. Plenty to get your points.
