I heard Jeremy & Reid, Miles & Ricardo. Really interesting to see how the players perceive each other. I would have thought Miles would have drawn more interest, at least to the point of getting a full time commitment from Theo (not a domestic/int split offer) Reid/Jeremy were a fun team, but I think its a mistake for Reid. Im sure playing with Jeremy is more pleasant in many ways than playing with The or Ryan, but I think Reid/Jeremy are the weakest of those three potential teams. I also think both of those guys blocking with Jeremy as a defender would be better than Reid/Jeremy I think Reid and Jeremy are both better players now than when they played together last. They’ll be a threat to win AVPs if they reunite. I can’t see them having much success on the FIVB though, and that still seems to be Reid’s primary focus. Plus, it seems like the Mikasa would neutralize their serving game somewhat. Reid probably sees Ryan and Theo both as on the decline, so it wouldn’t surprise me if he turned them down.

Completely uneducated guess would be probably Beranek. With Kolinske out of play, and Eric having stated he wants a long term partner that seems the most reasonable. I would guess they may have MD points Best case scenario would be Miles Evans although that would feel like a big step down for Miles Fantasy would be Madison McKibbin Other realistic options: Loomis, Frish, Rosie (Rosie is better than those guys and in theory would be a great partner but he started out with Chase playing magnificent volleyball and gradually sunk down to the level Chase was at, I dont feel like Rosie is suited to the team leader role unless its with another player with a lot of experience ala Trevor) Huntington is a 24 team draw, and also conflicts with a 4 star FIVB in China. BerBen should get in the top 12-15 autos. Andy's bad Chicago finish will drop them a bit lower than they'll play. I'm buying a ticket on this wagon, I hope they stick it out a whole season. I expect this team to hit a couple AVPNext tournaments before the season starts too, hopefully we can get some of them streamed. Beranek, if you are reading this- come back to Pottstown. The tournament wants it and the people need it!

I'm curious as to who is left for Doherty? It would be odd if he is stuck with someone that is barely a main draw level defender.

Kolinske and Chaim are partnering for the 3 star in Australia in March since Hyden only wants to play domestically.

You can’t follow? Because Kolinske has the FIVB points and Chaim has none. Pretty simple to figure that out.

You ask why he’s playing with Bill. You didn’t ask why he’s choosing Bill over Chase, did you? Very simple. Chase doesn’t want to play the tournaments. He’s not making an Olympic push and doesn’t need any points. Bill and Chaim do. This stuff isn’t brain surgery.

Chase doesn’t want to play international now? Why the sudden change of heart?
Or maybe it’s just a one-off due to a scheduling conflict.

I think trying to interpret people's reasons and motives from the outside is fairly vague and pointless without some context.... family responsibilities/minor injuries/previous commitments all could be entirely the reason and we have no clue

Chaim needs FIVB points so he's playing everything he can. Chase has other commitments at the moment and isn't available, and doesn't need points like Chaim so life is more of a priority right now. I believe he is getting married soon. Some people make these things more complicated then they need to be.
