Both Wilhite and Simone Lee pick up MVP honors in recent games. Wilhite picking up her second (maybe third?) of the season in a sweep of Curitiba with 10 pts, 41% efficiency. Simone picks up her first with Stuttgart with 24 points! Very terminal and on the left pin as well!

Moscow playing with Carlini still benched. ...under a new coach. Translated to: January 30, 2020 | Changes in the coaching staff. The coaching staff of the Dynamo team (Moscow) was replenished with Serbian specialist Zeljko Bulatovic. Bulatovich, who worked as a team in the 2017-2018 season, was appointed head coach. Another player (who never seems to be mentioned in the NT invitation discussions) with several (3?) match MVP honors this season is Ali Frantti playing for the 2nd ranked club in the Polish League.

Happy for her

I've been wondering how Thompson is doing in Turkey.
I found two youtube highlight videos. Not really enough info to tell, but seems to be fitting in well.
Don't know how to get to stats for Turkish league, so if anyone can post a link, gracias.

Thompson had 13 kills on 17 swings today and added a couple blocks. Not great competition though (Fenerbahce won two of the sets 25-7).
MBH had her first start at OH for Vakifbank and had 12 kills on 21 swings, but a pretty low efficiency. It's going to be a real fight for those pin hitter positions in Tokyo. Just wish at least one of our setters were having a good season.

Mark your calendars for February 12th. Fener (JT and Robinson) against Vakif (MBH). Ezcasibasi and Galatasaray also play that day which should be good despite the lack of Americans. Those four teams haven't lost to any other Turkish squads this year.

What do ya'll use to watch the Turkish League matches live? Is there a link to a site that is free/cheap to view with a VPN?

Those four teams haven't lost to any other Turkish squads this year. Fenerbahce's schedule over the next two weeks will be quite daunting. 2/6 vs. Eczacibasi Vitra (CEV CHLeague Leg 5) 2/8 vs. Galatasaray (VVSL) Fen. lost to them 3-1 in the first half of the season. 2/12 vs. Vakifbank (VVSL) Fen. swept them 3-0 in the first half of the season. 2/15 vs. Eczacibasi Vitra (VVSL) Fen. lost to them 3-2 in the first half of the season and in the first leg of the CEV CHLeague. If they can pull off some wins over these next two weeks they will advance to 2nd in their domestic league and will likely be the pool winners in the CHLeague if they beat Ecz. Vitra 3-0 or 3-1. Huge moments ahead for them!

We saw what she did at vnls last year, I think she’ll be just fine when she gets in the USA gym.

They let her jump serve, with good effect.
