My Steelers lost again, but at least Mike Tomlin came to his senses and benched Mitch Trubisky in favor of Kenny Pickett at halftime.

Couple activists attempted this stunt to bring attention to how factory farms treat/mistreat livestock. Or more specifically, to bring attention to a trial where one of the big money meat companies is suing whistle-blower activists who had previously conducted actions involving one of their factory farms.

the american legal system, where people can sue for just about anything could just be a publicity stunt (since that was their reasoning for trespassing on the field anyway), in which case they accomplish their goals even if the complaint is dismissed.

This game should have been strangled in the crib.

Are you kidding me? Denver's play-calling was inexplicable in the 4th quarter. Also, when did Russell Wilson turn into David Klingler?

The Colts and Broncos, setting the sport of football back 60 years. God God. have to laugh at all the broncos fans who thought russell wilson would be their ticket to the super bowl. have to give the seahawks credit for dealing him away while he still had value.

And the draft picks lost in the trade - yikes. They put everything into this year and will pay for it over the next couple. Not looking good.

Josh Allen has 348 yards passing and 4 TD’s…at Halftime.
Josh Allen is really good, but the Steelers are really bad.

Yeah, I'm pretty certain that Mike Tomlin's streak of never having a losing season is coming to an end this year. Turns out that it's not so easy when you don't have a Hall of Fame quarterback your entire career, which is why I've always been in the Cowher > Tomlin camp. At any rate, I'm fine with it as a Steelers fan. I'd rather Kenny Pickett get the experience now and have that pay dividends in future seasons than stick with the idiotic and failed Mitch Trubisky experiment. As for the Bills, that's a team that I would not mind seeing win the Super Bowl. Their fans have been long-suffering forever, and Josh Allen is really fun to watch.

Some of the worst officiating I've seen here when a clearly late hit on Kenny Pickett was uncalled, and then the referee laughably announced that "the action on the quarterback was legal." Dude is lucky that there wasn't some action on the referee after he said that. Anyway, James Daniels did the right thing and floored Hamlin so that he didn't get away with it completely unpunished. And now I'd like to see Daniels inducted into the Steelers Hall of Honor immediately.

maybe it was playoff baseball and a busy saturday of college football but i just did not find any nfl matchups on sunday compelling enough to watch....
also had a busy day getting a futon removed and relocating a bed in the house, but still...
now on the other hand on sunday night next week we get the 5-0 eagles against the 4-1 cowboys.....that one is worth a glance....or two...

Hamlin immediately got up and walked with Pickett talking with him. The hit on TB12 was completely legal and it's tragic a flag was thrown. The narrative of the Brady effect continues. Just terrible. Bills are very good but we knew that. This Chiefs and Bills game should be terrific next week but doubtful it will live up the greatest playoff game ever the year before. Giants vs Dallas too should be good. How about the NY Giants. Wow is NYC happy with it's sports teams....except the Mets...
